Swede buckwheat flatbread

Swede buckwheat flatbread

The leftover swede casserole was about to make yet another mealtime appearance. And I couldn’t take it any more. As much as I love swede casserole, enough is enough. But I had no bread… And I knew you could do this with potato mash… So I took the sweet swede casserole and mixed it with buckwheat flour, buckwheat flakes and oat milk. (I didn’t measure anything; up to you, really, how wet/dry you like your dough. Mine was spreadable with the back of a spoon.) 200 C/15 min. Nice and sweet, even a little too sweet, but I’m sure I’ll manage to eat those in no time.

Today’s #reverb10 prompt was somehow too personal for me to share my response here, but should you be interested, here’s the prompt anyway:

Achieve. What’s the thing you most want to achieve next year? How do you imagine you’ll feel when you get it? Free? Happy? Complete? Blissful? Write that feeling down. Then, brainstorm 10 things you can do, or 10 new thoughts you can think, in order to experience that feeling today.
