Swede buckwheat flatbread

The leftover swede casserole was about to make yet another mealtime appearance. And I couldn’t take it any more. As much as I love swede casserole, enough is enough. But I had no bread… And I knew you could do this with potato mash… So I took the sweet swede casserole and mixed it with buckwheat flour, buckwheat flakes and oat milk. (I didn’t measure anything; up to you, really, how wet/dry you like your dough. Mine was spreadable with the back of a spoon.) 200 C/15 min. Nice and sweet, even a little too sweet, but I’m sure I’ll manage to eat those in no time.
