Nearly forgot to blog today. It’s been busy, and a bit depressing, and I wouldn’t be here without an email from the NaBloPoMo people. Here I am now, though, and will just say that I was pleasantly surprised by some of the modern art I saw yesterday and felt like dancing in some of the rooms. Really. There were a few that were simply crying out for movement. This one by Olafur Eliasson, for example, and Shanta Pink by James Turrell (which looks a bit like this). I like works that deal with light and space.
I don’t like work. It makes me feel inadequate and grumpy and anxious and whiny.
